Keto Contractor is an AI-powered keto meal prep planning application. It provides recipe generation, meal planning, shopping list creation, and related tools to help users plan and prepare low-carb meals.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

The Service is offered on a subscription basis through Whop. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by Whop's platform. AI credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the application, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Recipes and content generated by the AI are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition such as diabetes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated recipes will meet any specific nutritional requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keto Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
